Meijer Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for our Michigan City, IN store. You will lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, hire and train staff, and ensure safe, accurate prescription processing while delivering exceptional patient care.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, clinical services, and adherence to state and federal policies. Indiana Pharmacist license and CPR certification are required, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Pharmacists must hold a pharmacy degree and be licensed in the state of practice.
• Immunization certification or pharmacist certif. required where applicable.
• CPR certification is required.
• At least 3 years in retail/community pharmacy practice.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, hiring, and performance reviews of pharmacists and technicians.
• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Lead clinical services and pharmacy programs for profitability and patient care.
• Mentor and develop team members; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, and daily operations of the pharmacy.
