Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
- Registered Pharmacist in Indiana.
- CPR Certification.
- Immunization Certification.
- 3 years of experience in retail/community practice.
- One year management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Staffing selection and hiring to meet needs.
- Conduct performance reviews for pharmacists and technicians.
- Discipline actions where needed.
- Fill prescriptions accurately and safely.
- Implement pharmacy programs and manage finances, inventory, and labor.
- Educate and mentor staff for high performance.
- Lead with strong communication and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee clinical services and immunizations where allowed.
