Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage patients to provide a positive experience and resolve issues.
• Counsel on medicine usage, interactions, and OTC products; refer to providers as needed.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and efficient pharmacy workflow.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews; lead training and development.
