Qualifications

• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and insurance billing.
• Experience with state and federal controlled substance laws and Good Faith dispensing.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, interactions, and privacy.
• Performs dispensing, compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Reviews and accurately dispenses prescribed medications and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Oversees pharmacy workflow, staffing, scheduling, and performance management to maintain efficiency.
