Walgreens seeks a licensed pharmacist to provide empathetic patient care, immunizations, and medication management. You will ensure accurate dispensing, compounding support, and clinical services in a compliant pharmacy workflow.

You will lead a team, optimize inventory, coach staff, and partner with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes while delivering outstanding service in a busy community setting.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and licensure in the district.
• 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Counsels patients on usage, side effects, interactions, and generics; refers to medical provider as needed.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Reviews and dispenses prescribed medications accurately and ensures compliance with regulations and company policies.

Formation

BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree from an accredited educational institution

Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district

Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
