A community hospital seeks a Pharmacy Operations Manager to join its leadership team. You will drive operational excellence across inpatient pharmacy services, upholding safety, compliance, and efficiency while guiding a skilled team.

Ideal candidate has a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, residency, state licensure, 3–5 years hospital leadership, and proven ability to manage change; relocation and sign-on bonus may be available.

Formación

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency is required.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the state.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience, with progressive leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in sterile compounding regulations and medication safety practices.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of leading teams through operational change.
