- 3–5 years hospital pharmacy experience with progressive leadership or supervisory responsibilities; expertise in sterile compounding regulations and medication safety practices.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of leading teams through operational change.

Clinical Pharmacy Operations Manager candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency is required
- Licensure: Current pharmacist licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in the state.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience, with progressive leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Demonstrated expertise in sterile compounding regulations and medication safety practices.
