Job summary

AVA Search Group, LLC is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to lead hospital operations in the Seattle area during a major expansion including a new critical care unit.

You will shape clinical programs, build a high-performing team, and influence pharmaceutical care across an acute-care environment. A strong candidate has 5+ years in inpatient pharmacy and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have PharmD or equivalent degree.
• Licensed to practice as a pharmacist in Washington at hire; NPI required.
• 5+ years in acute-care inpatient pharmacy, including ICU/ER exposure.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with people-management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and standardize clinical workflows.
• Lead and mentor pharmacists, interns, and technicians.
• Oversee budgets for operations and medication supply trends.
• Collaborate with hospital and pharmacy leadership to enhance patient care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, implement, and standardize clinical workflows

About You
