Job summary

AVASearchGroup seeks an Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to lead Seattle-area hospital operations during a major expansion. Oversee inpatient pharmacy, quality, and clinical initiatives while building a high-performing team and shaping pharmaceutical care in a complex acute-care setting.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent required; Washington license at hire and NPI.
• 5+ years acute-care inpatient pharmacist experience including inpatient operations (ICU/ER background).
• 3+ years leading direct reports with hiring/termination responsibility.
• 2+ years managing operational budgets.
• Experience developing clinical workflows with multidisciplinary hospital teams.
