Jobgether is representing a partner company seeking a hands-on Project Manager for Pharmacy Mergers & Acquisitions in the United States. You will lead acquisitions, integrations, launches, and relocations, transforming opportunities into structured plans and guiding execution from planning to handoff.

The role requires coordinating diverse teams across operations, quality, legal, IT, and finance, with strong budget oversight, risk management, and regulatory readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, PM or related field.
• At least five years of PM experience with cross-functional projects.
• Healthcare/pharmacy operations or M&A experience preferred.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel; adaptability for transitions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, clinical quality, legal, IT, and more.
• Manage governance, dashboards, risks, and leadership communications.
• Drive acquisition integrations with deal structure, licensing, enrollment, and staffing.
• Coordinate pre-close planning and post-close integration activities.
• Oversee Day 1 readiness and system migrations and cutovers.
• Translate opportunities into project scopes, timelines, and readiness criteria.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and functional signoffs.
• Lead continuous improvement and scalable implementation frameworks.
• Support continuity of care during transitions.
