Job summary

Altruix seeks a hands-on Project Manager - Pharmacy Mergers & Acquisitions to drive the execution of acquisitions, integrations, De Novo builds, and relocations. The role turns growth opportunities into actionable plans and leads activities from pre-close through launch and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing milestones, and strengthening repeatable M&A processes to support multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, project management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of project management or implementation experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, acquisitions/integrations, or other regulated environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead project kickoffs, reviews, and readiness meetings; document decisions and action items.
• Maintain dashboards, risk tracking, and leadership reporting with status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across multiple departments and locations.
