Job summary

The organization seeks a Pharmacy & Project Manager to oversee vendor relationships and lead the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects in support of strategic priorities.

Responsibilities include 340B compliance, regulatory oversight, budgeting, and executive reporting. Requires PMP certification and extensive healthcare PM leadership. Onsite in MN with 100% onsite requirement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare project management experience.
• Experience leading complex pharmacy-related initiatives or enterprise pharmacy workstreams.
• Strong vendor management, contracting, formulary strategy, and pharmacy financial management knowledge.
• Deep understanding of 340B program requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar savings portfolios and transformative initiatives.
• PMP certification required and pharmacist licensure or pharmacy credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, initiation, and execution of multiple concurrent pharmacy projects and workstreams.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project charters, work plans, governance structures, and communication plans.
• Establish governance frameworks and facilitate decision-making across stakeholders.
