PharMerica is seeking an Implementation Consultant to independently lead complex customer transition projects, including new implementations, ownership changes, and pharmacy moves. You will assess business needs, identify risks, and guide projects to successful completion with a consultative approach.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in customer implementation or related fields.
• Experience independently managing customer implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong ability to assess business needs and propose solutions.
• Experience with project leadership and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary implementation consultant for new customer implementations and related projects.
• Lead projects from planning through execution, stabilization, and post-implementation review.
• Consult with customers and internal stakeholders to assess needs and risks.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
