Job summary

Mission Pharmacal Company seeks a client service liaison and level one project manager to oversee small to medium development programs. You will lead cross-functional teams across Development, Operations, Quality, Purchasing and Logistics while ensuring clear customer advocacy and timely milestones.

The role requires 3–5 years in pharma project support, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with integrity and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required. 3-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience supporting portfolio management, product & pipeline selection.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry including regulatory landscape, intellectual property, industry growth drivers.
• Knowledge of prescription drug, OTC drug and nutritionals products.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and in a hands-on collaborative fashion with many different disciplines both inside and outside of the company.
• A strong and integrity-driven work ethic, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion and insistence for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Customer and the Development, Operations, Quality, Purchasing and Logistics departments; ensure that good communication is maintained.
• Lead and build multi-disciplinary project teams, serving as the internal Customer advocate while balancing Mission's requirements and priorities.

• Compile and maintain relevant project plans, implement action plans for each Customer.
• Ensure that key development milestones are being achieved and that programs are progressing in a timely manner.
• Track progress of all activities; communicate all potential issues or delays with relevant personnel and the Customer.
• Conduct collaborative project team meetings, provide agendas, and issue minutes with identified action items.
• Create Project Plans for multiple projects, monitors progress, regularly provides status updates, and identifies and communicates potential delays or obstacles as soon as they are identified.
