Job summary

PharMerica is seeking an Implementation Consultant to independently lead new customer implementations, change of ownership initiatives, pharmacy moves, and other transitions. The role requires strong consultation and project leadership to align customer needs with operational capabilities.

You will partner with customers and internal teams to assess requirements, plan timelines, manage risks, and deliver successful outcomes in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in customer implementation, project management, or healthcare operations.
• Experience independently managing complex customer implementations and cross-functional initiatives is required.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary implementation consultant for new customer implementations and related projects.
• Independently leads projects from planning through execution and post-implementation review.
• Assesses customer needs and operational requirements to define implementation strategies.
• Develops implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborates with internal teams to ensure successful transitions and customer satisfaction.
