Job summary

FarmaKeio Pharmacy Network is seeking a detail-oriented Licensing & Compliance Coordinator to support multi-state pharmacy licensing and regulatory readiness across our 503A pharmacies.

You’ll work with Pharmacists-in-Charge and the Director of Compliance/QA to ensure timely license applications, renewals, and adherence to USP standards. This role may involve on-site work at facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred in healthcare, regulatory affairs, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of regulatory compliance, licensing, administrative support, or pharmacy operations experience.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulatory requirements; familiarity with sterile/non-sterile compounding regulations a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines across multiple state jurisdictions.
• Professional communication with regulatory agencies, PICs, and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track licenses for 503A FarmaKeio locations across multiple states.
• Collaborate with site PICs and Director of Compliance/QA to obtain documents for license applications and renewals.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor license applications and renewals to ensure uninterrupted compliance.
• Maintain a comprehensive licensing calendar with renewal deadlines and timelines.
• Communicate with Boards of Pharmacy and regulatory agencies regarding application statuses.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready records for all licenses, applications, and correspondence.
• Assist with facility credentialing and registrations where applicable.
