Job summary

FarmaKeio seeks a Licensing & Compliance Coordinator to manage pharmacy licenses across 503A locations in TX, AR, and NM. You will coordinate applications, renewals, and ensure ongoing regulatory readiness with PICs and the Director of Compliance/QA.

The role emphasizes doc accuracy, audit readiness, and adherence to USP standards, with office-based duties and periodic on-site work at pharmacy sites.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred (healthcare, regulatory affairs, business, or related field).
• 1–2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, administrative support, or pharmacy operations (pharmacy or healthcare strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulatory requirements; familiarity with sterile/non-sterile compounding regulations a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines across multiple state jurisdictions.
• Professional communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with regulatory agencies, PICs, and internal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all pharmacy licenses for all three 503A FarmaKeio pharmacy locations.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor new license applications and renewals to ensure uninterrupted compliance.
• Maintain a comprehensive licensing calendar with renewal deadlines and submission timelines.
• Communicate with Boards of Pharmacy and other regulatory agencies regarding statuses and requests.
• Maintain audit-ready records for licenses, applications, and supporting documentation.
