We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Compliance Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level position supporting the licensing and regulatory compliance of pharmaceutical drug wholesalers across the United States.

Our company assists pharmaceutical businesses obtain and maintain state licenses required to operate as drug wholesalers. In this role, you will work with state regulatory agencies, review licensing information, identify and resolve issues, and monitor changes to licensing requirements.

This is a hands‑on role where you will work across several key areas of pharmaceutical licensing and compliance, supporting the team wherever needed. The ideal candidate is someone who is curious, resourceful, comfortable communicating with government agencies, and enjoys figuring out how to solve problems.

Key Responsibilities
