Job summary

FarmaKeio is seeking a Licensing & Compliance Coordinator to manage pharmacy licenses for our 503A FarmaKeio locations across Texas, Arkansas, and New Mexico. You will work with PICs and the Director of Compliance/QA to gather documents, submit applications, and monitor renewal timelines.

The role emphasizes meticulous recordkeeping, regulatory adherence, and collaboration with regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing compliance and audit readiness across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred (healthcare, regulatory affairs, business, or related field).
• 1–2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, administrative support, or pharmacy operations (pharmacy or healthcare strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulatory requirements; familiarity with sterile/non-sterile compounding regulations a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines across multiple state jurisdictions.
• Professional communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with regulatory agencies, PICs, and internal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all pharmacy licenses for all three 503A FarmaKeio pharmacy locations.
• Resident pharmacy licenses (Texas, Arkansas, New Mexico) and non-resident licenses.
• Sterile and non-sterile compounding licenses.
• Work with site PICs and Director of Compliance/QA to obtain documents for license applications and renewals.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor license applications and renewals for uninterrupted compliance.
• Maintain licensing calendar with renewal deadlines and state requirements.
• Communicate with Boards of Pharmacy and regulatory agencies about statuses.
• Maintain audit-ready records for licenses, applications, and documentation.
• Assist with facility credentialing and registrations where applicable.
• Support audits and readiness for regulatory inspections.
