Job summary

Quality Food Center is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee all aspects of the pharmacy practice within state and federal laws and Kroger policies. You will manage the budget, staff training, inventory, pricing, and clinical services while upholding core values of respect and integrity.

Responsibilities include leading the pharmacy team, implementing sales plans, ensuring compliance, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or Pharm degree from an accredited U.S. school.
• License must be in good standing.
• 2+ years related retail pharmacy experience.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and confidentiality.
• Ability to continue education and participate in clinical programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff pharmacist duties and model professional behavior.
• Develop and promote sales plans and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and generic utilization; control costs.
• Monitor third-party profitability and handle related audits.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs and meet budget goals.
• Maintain required pharmacy records and ensure accuracy.
