Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and model leadership for the team
• Develop and execute sales plans and initiatives for the division pharmacy department
• Ensure compliance with state, federal laws and company policies
• Direct pharmacy team to optimize budget, labor, inventory, and service levels
• Monitor third-party profitability and resolve related issues promptly
• Schedule staff to control labor costs and maintain efficient operations
• Maintain regulatory records and ensure proper documentation
