Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a licensed pharmacist to manage all aspects of the store pharmacy, ensure compliance with state and federal laws, and maximize financial performance. You will lead the pharmacy team, supervise staff, and engage in clinical services and community health initiatives.

Responsibilities include budgeting, inventory control, third-party profitability, and coaching staff. Travel may be required to support business needs while maintaining exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Must hold a Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Pharm.D. or B.Pharm from an accredited U.S. school.
• Minimum 2 years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Ability to supervise performance reviews and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and lead the pharmacy team; address customer concerns and direct workflow.
• Develop, implement, supervise, and promote the sales plan and other sales initiatives.
• Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume, inventory and sales goals.
• Monitor third-party profitability; handle insurance issues and audits.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs and ensure coverage.
• Maintain all pharmacy records as required by laws and policy.
• Promote and participate in public health initiatives and disease state management.
• Travel as needed to support business needs.
• Coach direct reports and provide performance feedback.
