Kroger Co. is seeking a licensed pharmacist to oversee all aspects of pharmacy practice within state and federal laws and corporate policies. The role focuses on maximizing the pharmacy department's financial performance by monitoring the budget, inventory, pricing, and clinical service initiatives.

The pharmacist will lead and coach staff, ensure compliance with regulations, optimize labor costs, and drive public health initiatives while maintaining exceptional customer service and integrity.

Competenze

• Pharmacist with Pharm.D. or B.Pharm from a US-accredited school.
• 2+ years related retail experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a license in good standing.

Mansioni

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and lead the pharmacy team to reduce customer wait times.
• Develop, implement, supervise, and promote the division pharmacy department sales plans.
• Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume, inventory and sales goals.
• Monitor third-party profitability, handle rejections and audits promptly.
• Schedule staff to control or avoid unnecessary labor costs and ensure proper records.
• Provide compliance with controlled substance procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Promote public health initiatives and disease state management services.
