Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited U.S. school.
• 2+ years related retail experience or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Participation in clinical programs per company training
• Commitment to ongoing education
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions
• Proven leadership skills
• License in good standing

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and act as a role model for the pharmacy team.
• Develop, implement, supervise, and promote the sales plan and other initiatives.
• Fulfill duties required of a licensed pharmacist and comply with laws and company policies.
• Direct the pharmacy team to achieve budgeted labor, volume, inventory and sales goals.
• Support controlled substance procedures and compliance.
• Monitor third-party profitability and handle related issues.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs and ensure coverage.
• Maintain pharmacy records per laws and policies.
• Provide detailing to local physicians and community targets.
• Participate in public health initiatives and disease state management services.
• Travel as needed to support business needs.
• Coach and review staff performance.
