Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Woodridge, IL is seeking a Pharmacy Lead Customer Care Specialist for a full-time on-site role with potential remote work after onsite training. Starting salary is $26/hr and up, with quarterly incentive bonuses and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires starting before December 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of pharmacy operations experience required.
• 2+ years in customer care or related roles desired.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification as required per state.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer care escalations email workflow.
• Work with the Customer Care Supervisor to address escalations daily.
• Onboard, train, and mentor new teammates.
• Lead team questions and triage escalated issues.
• Maintain a specific number of patient interactions and calls monthly.
