Job summary

Onco360 is hiring for a Full Time Inbound Phone Support role in Woodridge, IL with remote work after an onsite training period. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour plus a $3.00/hr weekend differential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before Dec 28, 2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy technician with PTCB certification preferred.
• Pharmacy terminology knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone, answering questions and requests.
• Coordinate medication refill deliveries with patients and physician offices.
• Handle insurance issues, rejected claims, and prior authorizations.
• Serve as primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.
