Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for the unified FuzeRx brand. You will manage inventory controls across pharmacy operations, investigate discrepancies, and build standardized processes for receiving, movement, dispensing, and disposition.

You will analyze data to reduce adjustments, write-offs, and shrink, while monitoring KPIs like days on hand and inventory turns.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience in inventory within pharmacy operations or related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods, cycle-count programs, and loss prevention.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or performance metrics.
• Experience SOPs and inventory controls, plus training employees.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expirations, excess stock, and shrink.
• Establish standard processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor key metrics like days on hand, turns, expirations, and accuracy.
• Create dashboards and reports highlighting inventory risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Support DSCSA requirements, including traceability, documentation, and investigations.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate controls/reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team with clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations, and expansions.
