Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a detail-oriented Compliance Pharmacist to support our Dispense & Fulfillment pharmacy operations in a 503A environment. You will work with the Pharmacist-in-Charge to ensure dispensing, fulfillment, and operations meet federal and state regulatory requirements, maintaining regulatory readiness and patient safety as we scale.

This role reports directly to the Pharmacist-in-Charge onsite at our New Albany, OH facility, and involves coordinating with Pharmacy Operations,

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited school.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in practice state.
• Willingness to obtain reciprocal licenses as needed.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, dispensing, compliance or quality roles.
• Strong knowledge of USP <795>, <800> and state board regs.

Responsibilities

• Support PIC in ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Oversee dispensing and fulfillment workflows for compliance and accuracy.
• Design, implement, and maintain a self-inspection program.
• Assist in maintaining pharmacy licensure, DEA compliance, and regulatory docs.
• Participate in CQI activities and respond to regulatory updates.
• Prepare for/state board inspections, audits, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Quality, Legal, and Supply Chain.
