Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Pharmacy Services Materials Coordinator to compile, prepare, and generate purchase orders for pharmaceutical products, ensuring a continuous supply and compliance with DSCSA, contracts, and 340b requirements. Qualifications

• Requires current pharmacy technician licensure/registration; certification (CPhT) preferred
• 2 years of pharmacy field or materials management experience required
• Licensing or certification required; must obtain if not current within 12 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Compiles, prepares, and generates purchase orders for pharmaceutical products to maintain minimum supply
• Works with site pharmacist to complete controlled substances orders and ensure documentation for narcotics
• Provides oversight for perpetual inventory and ensures DSCSA, 340b and contracts compliance
• Monitors outdated items and processes returns; coordinates physical inventories
• Coordinates invoices processing and reconciliation with accounts payable
• Aligns purchases to system contracts and current shortages plans
• Assists local staff with day-to-day operations
