Job summary

Meijer Pharmacy is seeking a pharmacy intern student to support daily operations, assist customers, and help fill prescriptions under supervision. You will engage with patients in person and over the phone, perform data entry and third-party adjudication, and participate in inventory control and vendor processes.

This role emphasizes patient confidentiality, accuracy, and collaboration with licensed pharmacists to provide clinical services and MTM support when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Process and fill prescriptions and handle third party functions.
• Maintain inventory and balance on hand; manage ordering and supplier transfers.
• Use pharmacy systems for data entry, adjudication, and labeling.
• Support clinical services and MTM-related activities with supervision.
• Contribute to a compliant, efficient pharmacy operation.
