Job summary

Meijer Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to assist pharmacists in patient care and daily operations at our Indianapolis location. You will interact with patients, process and fill prescriptions, perform third party adjudication, and help manage inventory and clinical services under supervision.

Enrollment in an accredited pharmacy school and an active Pharmacy Intern License are required; strong communication, organization, and a compassionate patient-first approach are essential to success

Qualifications

• Pharmacy student actively enrolled for internship.
• Pharmacy intern license required by state.
• Strong customer service and communication skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and product guidance to patients.
• Process and fill prescriptions; handle third party functions.
• Maintain inventory and balance on hand; assist with vendor and order processing.
• Deliver clinical services under pharmacist supervision; ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
