Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacy consulting, dispense medications, review for safety per regulations.
• Counsel patients on medication use, interactions, side effects, privacy.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Support workflow, inventory management, and KPI review with management.
• Develop relationships with local healthcare providers and participate in community outreach.
