Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacist to provide pharmacy consulting, compounding, dispensation and medication management services. You will support workflow, optimize inventory and enhance customer experience, while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include patient counseling, immunizations and clinical services, and collaboration with store leadership to achieve KPI targets and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree within the required timeline.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure in the states within the district within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients and answers questions regarding usage of medicine, side effects, interactions and privacy.
• Performs pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Ensures the pharmacy operates according to regulations and company policies; supports workflow optimization and inventory management.
