Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with prescription dispensing and knowledge of state and federal controlled substances laws.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues for a positive customer experience.
• Counsel patients on usage, side effects, interactions, and contraindications of medications.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; assist in opening and closing of the pharmacy.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy systems and support staff; assist in inventory management and KPI reviews.
