Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain state pharmacist licensure within district guidelines.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on proper medication usage, side effects, interactions, and generics.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management to ensure accuracy.
• Maintains Medicare/insurance processes and assists with 3rd party audits and claims resolution.
• Supports pharmacy workflow, opening/closing duties, and adherence to regulatory standards.
