Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain PharmD prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions and safety.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Ensure pharmacy operations comply with regulations and policies; support opening/closing and shift changes.
