Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required for consideration.
• Pharmacist licensure within the district/state within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and safety.
• Performs pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures pharmacy operates in compliance with regulations and company policies; assists in workflow optimization.
• Immunizations and preventive health services such as flu shots and diabetes awareness.
• Develops relationships with local medical community and participates in community outreach.
