Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Pharm D degree before start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure in the applicable states.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medicine usage, side effects, interactions, and privacy; refer to provider as needed.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management to ensure correct dispensing.
• Ensures pharmacy operations comply with regulations and policies, assists in workflow optimization and shift responsibilities.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy IT systems (Intercom Plus, StoreNET) and supports system enhancements.
• Provides and supports immunizations, wellness services, and patient education.
