Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university outside the United States.
• Foreign Pharmacist Graduate Equivalency Certificate (FPGEC) required or pursued.
• Intern permit/certificate issued by the respective Board of Pharmacy; willingness to obtain licensure within 45 days of intern hours.
• Certified Immunizer or willingness to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and safety.
• Performs pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Reviews, interprets and accurately dispenses prescribed medications.
• Ensures pharmacy operations comply with regulations and policies; supports workflow and asset protection.
