Job summary

CVS Health, a leading retail pharmacy, seeks a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to join our stores and apply classroom learning to real-world practice under a licensed pharmacist. You will support operations and patient care while learning the store, district, and regional dynamics.

Under a structured training roadmap, you’ll gain hands-on experience, including immunizations, prescription processing, and patient counseling, while adhering to SOPs and maintaining compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap with KLEs and increasing responsibility within the pharmacy.
• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, immunizations, and patient counseling while following SOPs.
• Support inventory activities and maintain patient safety and privacy in all interactions.
