Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning in real-world pharmacy operations across our store teams. You will learn SOPs, support safe and accurate prescriptions, and engage with patients with empathy and care under a pharmacist's guidance.

The role includes immunization support where permissible, a structured learning roadmap, and opportunities to observe store, district, and regional operations while building clinical and technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Intern and/or technician licensure required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and focus to concentrate on tasks.
• Customer service and team orientation to assist patients and colleagues.
• Effective communication with patients and teammates.
• Mathematical reasoning for dispensing and calculations.
• Problem resolution in patient and colleague interactions.
• Physical demands including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Adhere to supervisor instructions and store policies.
• Immunization support where permissible and assist with vaccine prep where allowed.
