Job summary

CVS Health seeks a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning to real-world practice in our Retail pharmacy teams. Under a preceptor's guidance, you will follow a comprehensive training roadmap to prepare for a Pharmacist role and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations.

You will support immunizations, counseling, and core pharmacy duties, while learning SOPs and how to deliver safe, patient-centered care across shifts and stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Accepted into ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and assist pharmacists to ensure patient safety.
• Fulfill prescriptions accurately and provide compassionate customer service.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing when allowed.
• Maintain inventory and assist with basic pharmacy operations.
