Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice under a preceptor. You will support pharmacy teams to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and demonstrate compassionate patient service in a busy retail setting.

Under supervision, you will complete a comprehensive training roadmap, participate in SOP compliance, and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations while learning to grow toward a Pharmacist role.

Qualifications

• Required: Accepted into or actively enrolled in ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Attend required training and complete the training roadmap.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and promptly.
• Demonstrate empathy and care in patient interactions and support immunizations and other services.
