Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice within our CVS stores. Under a preceptor, you will complete a comprehensive training roadmap and gain hands-on experience in a pharmacy team setting, focusing on safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient care.

You will learn to operate under SOPs, demonstrate empathy, and contribute to an inclusive culture while supporting immunizations and other pharmacy

Qualifications

• Required enrollment in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide customer service and teamwork to support pharmacy operations.
• Assist with immunizations, point-of-care testing, and offsite clinics where allowed by law.
