Job summary

You will support efficient pharmacy workflow, assist the pharmacy manager with inventory, financials, and staff coaching, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy systems and insurance processes.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree prior to start.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Performs pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures pharmacy operates per regulations and policies, supports workflow, and assists with inventory and asset protection.
• Reviews KPI's with Pharmacy Manager and supports inventory management and performance analytics.
• Presents immunization, wellness and clinical services to customers.
