Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure from the respective Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on use, side effects, interactions, and generics; refers to provider as needed.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management as workload allows.
• Ensures operations comply with regulations and policies; assists manager with workflow, roles, and opening/closing duties.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems (Intercom Plus, StoreNET) and proposes improvements.
