Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree from an accredited educational institution prior to the start date in position.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure from the respective Board of Pharmacy in the states within the district within 90 days of hire per district guidelines.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacy consulting to customers on medication usage, interactions, and preventive healthcare services.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and privacy; perform compounding and verification as needed.
• Support efficient pharmacy workflow, inventory management, and adherence to regulatory guidelines; participate in immunizations and wellness services.
