Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic knowledge to real-world practice under a pharmacist preceptor. You’ll complete a comprehensive training roadmap and support immunizations, counseling, and safe dispensing in a busy store environment.

Gain hands-on experience across SOPs, patient service, and team collaboration while preparing for advanced responsibilities as a pharmacist. This part-time program emphasizes learning, empathy, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment or active status required.
• Intern and/or technician licensure as required by state law or program.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in a pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Attend to pharmacy operations with emphasis on accuracy and safety.
• Assist pharmacists and technicians in dispensing prescriptions and counseling patients.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in customer interactions.
