Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice within our Retail locations. Under a preceptor, you will follow a comprehensive training roadmap, gaining hands-on experience across store operations, patient care, immunizations, and pharmacy workflow.

You will support safe, timely prescription fulfillment, learn SOPs, and develop clinical and communication skills while contributing to an inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Attend required training and maintain regular attendance.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and deliver caring patient service.
• Comply with SOPs and maintain effective communication within the team.
• Voluntarily travel to stores in the market to support business needs.
