Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to join our retail team. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a licensed pharmacist, gaining hands-on experience in prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, and SOP adherence.

As a part-time intern, you’ll support pharmacists across store operations, assist with immunizations where allowed, and participate in ongoing training to prepare for a pharmacist role. Expect flexible scheduling and meaningful patient care.

Qualifications

• Accepted into ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Ensure prescription information is accurate and patient safety.
• Assist with immunizations and other patient services under supervision.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation.
